If you consider yourself as a leader in your network marketing or home based business, you have to do your part in helping your members out by being readily available for them. A lot of negative things have already been said about network marketing and I’m sure that you don’t wanna aggravate these false misconceptions by ignoring the calls of your members.
Doing so only makes them less confident about the business and might even lead them to think that you only aimed to sign them up in your business and nothing more. Usually, those people who keep calling you to seek for assistance when they have questions about the business or when they desire to schedule three way conversations or presentations to their prospects are the ones who are most serious about the business and who would like to succeed with you.
Don’t put them down and have their enthusiasm die out by not answering their calls. However, you should be wary about those who only like to have a casual conversation with you and learn how to politely cut it by saying that you would call them at a later time.
