When you manage to get someone into your network marketing business by sponsoring him, it is your responsibility to educate and prepare him for all the negativities that he might encounter along the way because if you won’t, the person will be shocked and will more likely believe whatever he hears and end up shutting himself out of your group. Make him feel that this is the best choice that he has made and the pessimists only reveal that this is not the right kind of opportunity for them. This is one sure way to keep a person you sponsored enthusiastic about his own success in the business.
